B-24 Liberator bomber “Golden Girl” is decorated with the Schlitz logo and swastika marks for the number of German planes it downed. The bomber sits on display to commemorate World War II air forces at Burbank Airport in California.

B-24 Witchcraft and TP-51C Betty Jane at Bomber Camp in Stockton (my photo) . One of the few times we dropped a full load at once. This was an annual event we started around 2009 and you could train as a crewman, fire a blank firing 50, ride in the Ball Turret, and operate the bombardier controls.

Forgot I made this...we wanted to document Bomber Camp at Stockton so we started mounting my GoPros all over the B-24. This footage came out more spectacular that we thought possible. The original audio sounds like a hail storm on a tin roof. I may re-edit the 2 hours of footage.

21/09/1980: A Douglas A-26 Invader crashed while performing at an airshow at Biggin Hill, England. The pilot and all six passengers were killed. The cause of the crash remains undetermined.

Diamond Lil and Witchcraft at Thunder in 2005...13, maybe 14 intact B-24s, it's rare as hens teeth to see these two sharing the same ramp. I've only seen it twice since 2002.

Went to the air force museum today and this was in the Holocaust exhibit. There was a very depressing and sad vibe around. Seeing pictures on here strikes a chord, but seeing it in real life hits in a whole different way.

We lost Jim Smith, 96, 31st Fighter Group Veteran. Great guy and lived a superb life. Tailwinds
