How did you worked on your anxious attachment style?

for me it was a lot of breath work and inner child work - i reflected on what was making me anxious in my friendships and relationships and then used that knowledge and reflected on how things that happened to me growing up would’ve caused that and influenced who i am now. once i figured out the kinda cause i flipped the story in my head and realised that actually people are busy sometimes and used that knowledge mixed with affirming that he was always wanting to be with me, it calmed me a lot and helped with how i am now!!
