I got out on the water before sunrise today hoping to get some good fishing in before work. After NOTHING all morning I hooked the 2nd biggest LMB I've ever caught right as I was about to head in.

Bought a 13 foot whaler I've been trying to fix up the last couple months - first boat and I'm stuck. Power trim goes up but not down. Not sure where to check next.

My friend and neighbor passed away a couple years ago. I have only fished freshwater. His widow told me to go through her basement and take anything I wanted. I live in New England, US - what do I have and what can I use it for?

I jumped in a lake yesterday and forgot my RG Nano was in my pocket. I didn't realize it until over an hour later. Without expecting much I disassembled it and submerged it completely in 91% isopropyl alcohol for a few minutes, then let it dry and put it back together. It works!

In at my wits end - bought a 1974 whaler 13 sport with a 1996 Johnson 2 stroke. Everything is running except the power trim doesn't work. I bought a rebuild kit but for the life of me I can't get the pins holding the trim motor out. What the hell do I do here?

What a great morning - the bass were biting good, all on a Texas-rigged curly tailed gulp worm. And I got my kayak out of the water just before the rain started to really pick up.

I bought this 1963 this past weekend with a 35hp 1996 2-stroke Johnson motor. I know nothing about boats, this would be my first. Planning to rebuild carbs, water impeller, and power trim motor before I put it in the water. Anything else I should prepare?
