Hi! I was in doubt between quinn and baby kangaroos v2. Considering that I prefer a more deep "thocky" sound which one would you suggest?

Quinns should have a deeper tone as they have a full nylon housing. Baby kangaroos would be higher pitched. I was also challenged with the decision as I have the same preference. Just ordered some quinns gotta wait and see how I like em

Did you get the Quinns yet? I have the baby kangaroos v2 and really like them, but I can't quite help wanting something more deeper sounding. The higher pitch bottoming out is not to my liking as much a deeper sound.

I’ll attach a video. I use an FR4 plate, all case foam, and tape mod. They sound a little higher in pitch with my phone mic, but it's definitely on the creamy and clackier side vs. being very deep and thocky.
