Today NYPD was really out in force ticketing cyclists/bike lane users. Saw a 1/2 dozen ticket traps in 14 miles of riding. Previous record for me in one day was 3. (See 1st comment for more info.)

The Runway of Crime, the widest part of the bike network (31st Ave) now has dedicated lights and vertical paint... for crime.

People really have no clue how much more space efficient micromobility and peds are than cars.
