You gotta remove the belief that a single peek will remain a single peek. There is no other reason to peek other than to use, it won't relieve the pangs. It will actually make them worse. It could be compared to sniffing junk food when you are on a diet, has no purpose, will make junk food seem desirable and will slowly break your will if you continue doing it. You have to avoid any form of a single peek, even mental ones(don't fantasize).

I've recently gauged at why I relapse man, no more peeking I'm done, it never ends at just peaking, every relapse has been from peeking. It's easier to be horny with your imagination or randomly thinking of that one scene when you've just started quitting, but when you google and see it you will fap even if it's not to that scene. It always leads down a rabbit hole, it's easier to kill the urges if you don't peek.
