i dont really understand how this is battery- i might be wrong since this is the first time i learned about this, but isnt battery the physical touch of harming (actually hurting) someone? while sexual assault is the action of forcibly kissing, or things considered sexual. ivan trying to make till hate him doesnt really make sense either, ive heard many people say that ivan choking till was fake (might be wrong) so ivan trying to make till hate him by going over his boundaries is just wrong which makes his sacrafice just wrong if the choke was just to probably get less points. in the comic, it indeeds show that ivan and till had no knowledge of what a kiss was, but till still said no to that so ivan knew that boundary and still went over it, sexual assault isnt just a word that you have to acknowledge but the action that makes it considered sexual assault
