How much light does it get? It could be due to less light but could also be due to inconsistent watering. What kind of soil do you use? Maybe add a picture of that as well.

It's in a standard potting mix, it was happy in this for a year but since the move the leaves have slowly been getting crispy. Can't measure the light but it's a west-northwest facing window so not that much, althought probably same as before. I water approximately every 3 weeks or more now that it's winter. Could it also be humiditiy issues?

Humidity probably isn't the problem, I guess either a watering issue or not enough light, maybe a combination of both. Not sure what you mean by standard potting mix but often the ones you can buy are not the best to keep your plant happy for a long time. You could repot it into new soil that is chunky and drains well and check the roots at the same time. Depending on where you live, could be that it's not getting enough light during the winter.
