8 DPO following a miscarriage at 5w5d with a failed FET. Got a negative post MC now I think I see a squinter? Waiting for period to start prep for second FET. Am I going crazy or could this actually be a natural positive?

I got the faintest of positives at 5DP5T but my lines have been very slow to progress. Yesterday I thought I was on track with a strong line at 9DP5T but this morning FMU test shows a weaker line. Should I be worried?
