I don't have a car for an in person interview. How do I tell them this?

Just adopted this guy but he seems sensitive to sound and is a bit hard to handle on walks. Figured I'd try to ID the breed before moving forward with training.

A lot of advice on my last post which is appreciated! I just need more opinions on if he could be a BMC or another mix. (He has a bigger bed so please don't worry about that!)
