9 weeks mycelium:(

Any tips to get these across the finish line? I have 6 walmart bags and 4 ub brand bags and these 2 are my best at 9 weeks. I feel they have all mostly stalled. There is no visible growth in any ub brand bag (though I can feel a small hard clump in 1 or 2, the other 4 walmart bags are 40% or so colonized. I'm guessing the temps have been between 72-74f for the entire 9 weeks.
