Hidden Costs of Traveling for CEU's

Saw LMT Success Group's excursion to Costa Rica for a medical massage certification. I'm pretty sure this fee just covers the class but not the travel and other expenses. Anything I should know about traveling abroad for classes before I make such a commitment?
