Is there a better 120v machine for mig welding?

Hey all, been lurking around here some months, i have been getting into the welding as a hobby and been using a Lincoln Electric 140 HD. The machine feels slightly limited as the voltage dial only has four levels, A - D. Is there a reliable machine that is a good value that will give you more control that’s also 120v?

Things I like to/want to weld are custom brackets or straps, gate repair, motorcycle frames.
