How many games allow you to fight the homeless

I'm playing yakuza like a dragon infinite money glitch and I just now noticed that there's a pretty common theme when it comes to the yakuza games, at some point you are allowed to fight the homeless. Are there any games where you don't fight a homeless person? For disclosure reasons, I do not at all think that it is good that you fight a homeless person for one reason or another, it just occured to me how often it happens in these games and I found it strange.
