Got back to the game after a while

So last I stopped playing was when I completed vault raid on normal. Ilvel right now is 395 , mytic + 9 . got back and I'm a bit overwhelmed by the changes . I'm a casual player , no crafting just play for fun and getting gear What should I focus on now for better gear and keep progress? There are changes to the mytic + I've noticed, seems I need to do now +2,3 ? Also new events
