Can't Log Into Whoop After Update – Help!
Hi!
I've had Whoop for about two months now. Today, I tried updating the app in the App Store and wanted to add my menstrual cycle to the dashboard. But when I tried to log back in, I couldn't access the app. It takes me through the entire process of logging in, creating a username (but not my own, since it already exists!), and setting up a new payment.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, but nothing works. When I click "forgot password," it sends a reset link to my email, but I'm stuck in an endless loop. It's so frustrating—I don’t know what to do. All I get from customer service are AI-generated responses.
Has anyone else experienced this?
