What is this bug? They’re everywhere

I bought a couple pots of parsley and basil from Tesco, normally I get them pre cut in the packet but I thought if I bought them in the pot they may last longer.

This morning I wake up to about 6 or 7 of these in the kitchen and I’ve never seen them before. I have no idea if they came from the pots or if they’re attracted to them.
