What if Trump came out and identified as a woman so he can claim to be the first female president?

Given his push for there to be two genders, I know this is off the table. But it still makes for an interesting "what-if". I am genuinely curious as to what everybody's reaction would be if this happened. We've seen him make outrageous claims and do insane stuff just to put himself in the spotlight. What do you think the reaction from the right would be? What about the left? How would people deal with it?

Edit: Assume Trump is serious about pushing this, or at least pretending to be.
