broke college student trying to get by which on will last me long term and be more worth my money

both at 200k miles, both got clean title in hand, got a budget of 1500$ but both sellers said lowest they can do is 1200$ only cars I could find in my area that are in decent working condition I’m having to buy one Saturday which would be worth my money at the end of the day?
