Buying first mechanical watch

Am using garmin forerunner 55 since launch & decided to try steel mechanical watches. The shop keeper guy at hello store suggested me to first go for Seiko coutura perpetual solar watch with blue dial first.

Is it any good or should I stick to buy 1 fossil 1 Tommy & 1 CK watch from Heliosstore.

Pls guide me. I got 30000 gift card & remaining can put it in emi for seiko.
