Is walking addictive?
Hi! Around November I increased my daily steps number to 10k from more or less 7k. Now I walk daily at least 15k but most of the time 20/22k. The meaning of this post isn't to brag, but to ask if someone else sometimes lives it as a sort of small "obsession"? I noticed that sometimes am a bit tired, but want to increase the distance anyway or otherwise I feel "annoyed". It's something I don't like at all, because even tho I like to push myself, I don't want my favourite activity to become a "job".
