Video game name I cant remember.

Im searching for a game I played in Italy in like 2015 to 2017. It was in an Arcade on a camping site. Basically the game played on a hip. I think the mc looked a bit like duke nukem, at one point in the game you fought a sushi shef that throws things at you. The game was mostly cutscenes and quick time events. I think the game was asian, but im not sure. I hope someone can help but I think theres no chance. Ive been searching for a while now.
