What would you do?

My dog has been dealing with an insane skin issue for 6 months. It started with severe hair loss which escalated to her scratching so much at her skin she has open wounds, her symptoms have been up and down. She now has open wounds on her face and back, no hair on her face and very little on her back. We have been in and out of our primary vet countless times, emergency vets, and I drove 2 hours to a holistic vet- all with no answers. She has an open hot spot wound on her tail and her face is an open bleeding sore. We’ve done blood work, a skin biopsy (however the vet did the biopsy while she had an infection so the results apparently were skewed), she’s on HA food which has done nothing and is extremely expensive. Her skin has gotten worse so obviously- I took her to our primary vet once again last week and their stance is basically “stop coming we can’t help you we’re at a loss.” She recommended a dermatologist, the closest being 2 hours away, I made an appointment and they can’t see us until February. I feel so bad and guilty o have no idea what to do and unfortunately I’m struggling financially and have taken a huge hit the last 6 months with all the vet bills, which I know is part of the responsibility I took on. What would you do!!!!???
