where’s all the veganuary food?

anyone else notice veganuary has been really poor this year, no greggs vegan sausage beans and cheese, and when i aksed in store they said they were told to throw away all the vegan festive bakes they had left. subway also haven't brought back the meatballs or vegan steak and cheese and lots of other places . just wondering why?
