Has anyone with mild psoriasis had a waiver accepted?

I have very mild psoriasis on my scalp. I tend to keep my hair somewhat long, when I shave my head the psoriasis completely goes away and stays away until I grow my hair out. I am planning to go to meps so I shaved my head to have it go away. It has never affected me ones bc of its mild nature. Idk if meps will go pull up my diagnosis from age 13 but I don’t plan to mention it. I have heard of people who were mis diagnosed with it being dq even after having doctors prove it was a misdiagnosis. Seems harsh idk.
