Good college

I got 35000 rank , my caste is general and I don't think that I can get any good college. I am very much stressed , whenever I look for colleges they suggest me some great colleges where I can have no seat , I am so freaking confused and tired from all this . I want CSE course , please help me and tell me some good colleges in which I can join with such rank . I have seen 3 to 4 colleges in which I can get admission but when I see the reviews , they have comments about the staff who don't teach properly . I am just looking for a good faculty college who can teach me just fine . That's all .
