Supplements to promote hormone balance - TTC

Hi Ladies,

I posted before but spreading a net out as I’m looking for advice, again. I’m 31, going on 32, in October 2024 I had gotten off of my birth control (Junel Fe 1/20) as I was on it for about 8-9 years. These past months it’s been a struggle for regular periods. My last period was end of December. I tried to begin LH testing in January (not right after period) and felt like I hit a wall… and then I was waiting for my period to show up.. that has not yet. Apple Health estimates period to arrive 2/7 but my premom app estimated I’m late. What supplements (name, brand, post link) do you recommend to help regulate hormones/period and help support fertility??
