1 month of 5mg (actually working, wtf?)

I never expected this med to work after Lexapro and Zoloft treated me badly. It got rid of my anxiety just a little bit, but it’s changed my thought patterns, improved the way I speak to people (back to my old self), and it’s given me a sense of hope.

However, I am still not completely healed. I have lots of ADHD-like symptoms, but they could all be caused by anxiety. Today, I had the choice of adding 100SR Wellbutrin (which would make the trintellix 7-8mg), or up trintellix to 10mg. For reference, I tried Wellbutrin in the past and thought it helped, but got off bc I have chronic chest pain/GI issues and wanted to get off all my meds to see what the culprit was. Going up to 150SR caused bad anxiety. You can read my old post history if anything I said resonates with you.

Any thoughts on my situation or is anybody going through something similar?
