What on Earth could be causing a Transmission to overheat this much?

Stage III 4L60E, its connected to a 4 row aluminum radiator, whos temperature does not go above 185-195

I've checked the dipstick and there is indeed fluid in there, the fluid still looks red, does not look grey, brown or smell burnt

I'm just letting it idle right now as I wait for it to cool down
