How to dress more like a grown woman?

I'm 23 but most of my clothes just make me look like a teenage boy. While I buy womens' clothes and make an effort to look more feminine, most of them have ended up being things like brightly colored crop tops, leggings, and skinny jeans. I feel like I just seem like a guy with very weird tastes in fashion, and it sucks.
I'm looking for suggestions on articles of clothing that might interest me, and also places to buy them that aren't Amazon. My style tends to be edgy (skater/metal look etc) but I don't think that works very well for me anymore, and I'd like to look more like a respectable adult woman, albeit one who's hot and still fun to be around.

I don't need detailed recs, I just really want to know some specific things that other 23 year old women might wear as well as things I can do with makeup beyond eyeliner and lipstick.

Hair tips would also be welcome but that's a way more complicated issue and maybe another topic. I have very fine but slightly wavy 2a hair I think, and while it's long, it's not feminine enough.
