Feeling much weaker..

6'0" M, sw 351, cw 228. I have lost 122 pounds total since August 1 of last year. Started Tirzepatide mid-December and have lost 68lbs on the meds-currently at 10mg. Currently averaging about -3 to -3.5lbs/wk. I hike 5-6 miles in mountainous terrain about 3x/wk but otherwise don't workout.

The last two or three weeks I have been noticing a huge increase in my general muscle fatigue. Mostly my legs, arms, and back. I also get very lightheaded maybe once a day, to the point where I have to sit down to avoid passing out. I have never had these issues in the past and can only attribute it to the weight loss/my nutrition.

I’ve tried increasing my water intake, adding electrolytes a couple times a day, and trying to increase my protein intake… But anything more than 800 to 1000 cal/day and I feel absolutely nauseous. What recommendations do you all have for reducing muscle fatigue and these lightheadedness episodes?
