$650 for for 68mg?

I’m getting my tirzepatide through a local nurse practitioner (she orders from a compounding pharmacy) and the price recently jumped. She said it would be $650 for 68mg. What are you guys paying? If you’re getting a better price, where are you getting it? I tried filling out the form on Goby, but it only gave me semaglutide as an option.
