Does this mean I won the dispute?

Hi all, I don’t usually dispute charges so this is new to me. I initially disputed the charge on or about Feb. 17th on the 20th I received a letter stating the received my dispute and would be giving me a “Temporary credit in the disputed amount” and that “The merchant can provide information supporting the charge” and basically to keep supporting documents handy.

Today I received this letter and I’m wondering if this means I won the dispute?!? My CC has a credit I’m eager to spend so please tell me this is what it means.

Also, before anyone comes for me, I will absolutely not be using SDRx vials. I was already beating myself up for not just taking the chance. But after that document recently released I will absolutely not risk my health. I have lil kids & my goal was always with them in mind to be able to enjoy physical activities with them and be able to form healthy habits by example. I wouldn’t be able to inject myself every week with the worry of putting them through me being ill or god forbid gone.
