Refill. Com order

I received my $199 refills . Com order today after being held hostage by UPS all weekend. Placed order Wed morning, sent to pharmacy wed afternoon & shipped next day air UPS. It was scheduled to be delivered Saturday by noon but it got delayed so it came today. IT WAS COLD! After 3 days in transit the ice packs weren’t completely frozen but they were still cold.
