Does someone have a chart for units?

I just took my 4th week of 2.5mg (12.5 units) and after speaking with my doctor, she wants me to move up to 5mg. Would this be 25 units? I'm confused lol. The vial I had filed has enough 2.5mg for 2 months, so essentially I'll be taking the last 2 doses of the vial before my 5mg fill with my compound pharmacy. I'm just like confused on the unit dosage lol. Thanks a bunch!
