[TOMT][CARTOON] Giant Speakers Scene

Im trying to find a scene of a specific animated/cartoon scene where a character, with sunglasses on, sits slumped in a chair in front of giant towering speakers and when the music starts playing, everything, including him, gets blown away.

I cant remember where I have seen this from. Please help.
