[TOMT] A band that doesn't exist?

I decided to clean my room and found an album that can't be googled at all. I've done searches and reverse imaged the picture of the album and I've got nothing. The album is called D-76 by the band D-76 (I believe?) There's 4 members in the group, the album contains 10 tracks & It was made during 1998. I dont anything else cause I don't have the CD. (Yes, I do have the album case, just not the CD)

Why do I have the Album case but not the CD? Well, My family would always put the CDs in these cd holders and never put them in the cd case. I kept the album cover cause of how odd the cover is. I'm hoping that my family has the CD but I won't be there in a week and I'm hoping that this isn't actually unknown.

EDIT:(FOUND!!) First off, I talked to my parents who have the CD in their possession. I'm heading to their house today to get it so I can get ot ripped.

I fell asleep so that's why I didn't acknowledge the findings yet. I'm glad I got to figure out who worked on it. Guess Google wasn't much of a help for me.
