[TOMT] Looking for another website!

So this was a website in the early 2000’s. It had games like putt putt , snake, mahjong. It also had a section of jump scare videos. There were optical illusion games?/Tests?. Also had funny/dumb voiceover videos , one in specific being a red race car with some high pitch mumbo jumbo over top of the still image. I remember the URL had the word zone in it but can not for the life of me remember the rest! Help!
