Corky Ianucci

After Tony deals with Ralphie for the Pie-O-My incident, does he penalize Corky for his involvement, or does he not because Corky was only following orders/conducting business? I mean, Tony doesn't have much patience for animal cruelty and Corky knew those animals were going to suffer immeasurably. Seems like it might ne possible he would send someone to have a "talk" with him.
