My gshade stopped working after the latest update, why???

So basically I've had g shade for a while now and everything was working fine. This all started yesterday after the new update. My default toggle to turn it on is ctrl+v and to get the menu to pop up it's ctrl+c. I don't really know all the tech stuff behind it but am I gonna have to delete it and re install it? Edit: my mods are not the issue they work fine
