Doing this job before shark week

Hey everyone 👋

Does anyone struggle to do this work during pms? I personally have a lack of energy, reduced patience, I stumble over my words, and my anxiety ramps up so it's tough. I feel like I only have an ounce of energy to give at this time. Curious if others feel the struggle as well
