High CPU while audio is active.

My CPU usage jumps to 95%~99% whenever the service Windows Audio Endpoint Builder is active making me unable to do anything while having audio, can't seem to find a solution.

My temps are fine, already looked for malware and found nothing, i have no idea of what's going on, help.
