Bruising or ink drift?

On Wednesday I got this beautiful black letter tattoo and the artist put second skin over it. I took the second skin off today as it was peeling off and noticed that there was a blue-ish tint to the beginning of the text and in the middle near the lines. I’m not too sure if this is just some residual bruising that will go away as the tattoo heals or if the ink has started to drift already. Any ideas?
