Can’t log in

Just redownloaded the game , it won’t let me log in,

Every time I click the bottom left log in the game just closes down, I have made a separate ea account so this is fine

last time I played for about 6 months before I lost my data so don’t want to get back into it just to play on anonymous and lose all data

Any help or advice. As most advice is about logging in
