My switch has issues and they don’t respond

I have seven e- bikes and four non e-bikes and three scooters. I love my wheels, but Swytch does not respond to complaints. I have the older switch. I got like a year and a half ago the button to turn it on and off doesn’t work. They have not responded to send me a new one about two months ago. I got the updated switch. I think it’s way worse than the older one. I have a.Veloctric, magnum, ejoe lite, rad power and most recent kingbull. Only two companies do not have a phone and that would be swytch and Kingbull I am super unhappy anyone else having issues.
