How civilization would be if each and everyone had powers?

Like the title says, what fundamental aspects of reality would be differente if everyone had powers? like a variation of "My hero academia " universe with quirks and "Red queen" with some families and classes having some combination of powers that are wel know for them?
Like a family that's well know for having ice related powers, or a classe of workers that their powers are related with spacial locomotion and so on.
