24mg subutex daily. I feel sick.

I have been on 24mg subutex (Buprenaddict - just subutex without naloxone) for 2 years now. Sublingual Tablets. My teeth start to slowly degrade even with daily brushing.

I want to get off it but i seriously don't even know where to start. I absolutely dislike that i dont have any libido at all. Whilst it was a blessing at first it now feels like a curse.

I do have 3 days takehome but am unable to get any more since i also get lorazepam prescribed (1mg) and 800mg gabapentin (3x daily) from the same clinic.

Every now and then i feel like I am withdrawing from it. I am a fast metobalizer which is the reason i am on 24mg to begin with.

I already tried to go down 3 times. With no sucess. Anyone got some advice? I am unable to get an IM dose once a week (their choice) so that isn't an option either.
