I'm too scared of this game😥(Not my screenshot, too scared to even go back to make one)

Sorry for this useless post, but I need someone to adress this to. I'm scared of the giant objects in the sky, scared of the aurora and the leviathan. I'm so scared, that I just alt+f4 in panic and won't open the game for a year. How to overcome it? I really love the game, I've been watching it on youtube from 2016, but it's just too scary for me to play. I can't even imagine going out of bound or even to deep bioms if I'm scared of anything, even the fricking sky.
