Windows Update - Now audio for both Alerts & Stingers Don't Work - Please help!

Greetings! I have been streaming for 4+ and I am well aware that a windows update can really screw up your setup. This is a new issue, where now both my alerts and stingers are displaying but NO sound is coming through regardless of all the normal troubleshooting I have done.

I have watched a ton of videos and read articles but nothing seems to cover this issue. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!
