Arimidex vs nolvadex

Hey fellas I had a question. If your in a test only cycle at 250-500 mg an wk or even 500 test and 300 decca, what would you guys prefer to use if your seeing symptoms of puffy nipples or sensitive nips or even like a slight lil pain in that area on both sides. Also experiencing high e2 sides. I have arimidex but was thinking if using Nolva would be more useful for the gyno . Even how long and how much would you take of each if that’s what you choose? I know everyone’s different a sweet spot is different but was thinking if one was used way more then the other .
